We use high-quality air-dry clay and cold porcelain to hand-sculpt our pieces. To give them that highly satisfying, durable, and aesthetic look, they are painted and then sealed with a thick layer of UV glaze or epoxy resin! Every single piece is brought to life by hand right here in the art corner at my home ✨

How do I care for my tactile keepsakes?

Accepted Answer

While our high-gloss finishes make them durable, handmade clay art still needs a little love! To keep your charms looking perfectly glossy, avoid dropping them on hard surfaces, keep them away from harsh chemicals (like perfumes or sanitisers), and please don't soak them in water. A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all they need 🍓

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Accepted Answer

No two pieces of our slow-made pieces are ever exactly identical! Because human hands meticulously sculpt, paint, and glaze every single item, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are completely natural. We celebrate this "messy magic", it means your piece is exclusively yours and unlike any other in the world ☁️

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We want you to be able to wear your slow-made art comfortably all day long. We use skin-friendly, nickel-free, and hypoallergenic metal findings for all our handmade charm earrings and most of our other wearable pieces! 🎀

How long does it take to get my order?

Accepted Answer

Good art takes time (and clay needs to cure!) ☀️ Standard orders are dispatched within 4-7 days, while pre orders or custom orders can take upto a month. Once handed over to our trusted couriers, standard delivery across India takes an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on your exact location 💌

Do you accept custom orders or bulk corporate gifting?

We absolutely do! We love collaborating on bespoke brand merchandise and curated aesthetic hampers that offer a "physical pause" for your team or event. We also do workshops. What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Because of the meticulous time it takes to sculpt and glaze each piece, all sales are strictly final. However, we package our art with extreme care, if your item happens to arrive broken or visibly damaged by the courier in transit, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos and we will gladly process a full refund 🕊️
