This digital studio is a space to pause, browse, and curate your aesthetic ☕️ Please note that every chunky charm, glossy photograph, and piece of writing here is part of the Alchmyth aesthetic. Under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, all designs, imagery, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Mithila Kudalkar. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our artwork or designs without express written permission. We kindly ask that you respect our studio's boundaries and curate your own unique style instead! ✨

Limitation of Liability

We put so much love and meticulous effort into our hand-sculpted clay pieces, but we are a small indie initiative. Alchmyth (and Mithila) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our art is meant to gently anchor your space, not cause stress! 🐚

All items are handmade (Disclaimer)

We specialize in tactile, hand-sculpted accessories using air-dry clay, cold porcelain, and high-gloss glazes. Because human hands create every piece, no two items will ever be identical. Slight variations in color, texture, weight, or shape, or minor aesthetic "imperfections" (like tiny air bubbles in the glaze or slight brushstrokes) are natural characteristics of the messy magic of handmade art. They are not considered defects or grounds for a refund. We do our best to photograph our pieces accurately. However, due to differences in digital screen calibrations, the actual physical color of your artifact may vary slightly from what you see on your phone or computer.

Personalised/Custom & Bulk Orders

We love creating curated aesthetic hampers and custom merchandise for brands! For all bulk or custom orders, a non-refundable advance payment (as agreed upon during consultation) is required before any materials are sourced or production begins. Bulk orders require significant "slow-made" production time. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided in your invoice, but are subject to slight shifts based on clay curing times and local weather conditions. Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke designs and bulk manufacturing, custom and corporate orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We reserve the right to modify prices for our products at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., Cashfree/Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI details on our servers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
