Shipping Policy
Every Alchmyth piece is meticulously hand-sculpted, painted, and glazed by Mithila in our studio. Because good art takes time (and clay needs to cure!), please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched. We don't do mass production or next-day Prime delivery here—we believe in intentional, slow-made magic ✨
Shipping Partners & Delivery
Once your tactile keepsake leaves the studio, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners. We currently ship anywhere within India! (International shipping isn't available just yet). Because of our slow-made process, standard orders are dispatched within 7-10 days, while pre-orders can take up to 30 days. Standard delivery across India usually takes an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on your exact location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your curated items.
The moment your package is boxed up and handed to the courier, we will send you an email with your tracking link. You can use this to follow your piece's journey right to your space.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE SHIPPING POLICY
Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
Custom & Bulk Orders
If we are collaborating on a bespoke corporate gifting hamper or a bulk set of custom items, standard shipping times do not apply! Your unique production timeline and dispatch date will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in your custom invoice.
Missing or Delayed Packages
Once the package is with the courier, we cannot control weather delays or transit hiccups. However, if your tracking link hasn't updated in an unusually long time, reach out to us at alchmyth@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help you track down your physical pause!
