Because every single Alchmyth piece is meticulously hand-sculpted, painted, and glazed in our studio, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a "change of mind." The natural variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the messy magic of slow-made art, not defects! We encourage you to curate your space with intention, so please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Transit Damage
We package our tactile pieces with extreme care to ensure they survive their journey to your space. Because our art is slow-made, all sales are generally final. We only offer a full refund if your item arrives broken or visibly damaged by the courier. If this happens, please email us at alchmyth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the damaged piece and the original packaging. Once we review the damage, we will process your full refund within 2-5 business days đź’Ś
Custom & Bulk Orders
Due to the highly personalised nature of bespoke designs and bulk corporate gifting hampers, these orders are entirely non-refundable once your advance is paid and production has begun.
